Event Participants

Your first name and optional title/business are visible to other event participants
Match decisions are shared only after both parties have made their decision
Messaging is only available between participants who mutually match (if enabled by host)

Event Hosts

Event hosts can see participant names, ages, genders, and attendance status
Hosts can view match results but not individual participant decisions

Service Providers

Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
Hosting Provider: Server infrastructure and database storage
Email Service: Transactional email delivery

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FastRounds, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

Active Events: Data retained for duration of event plus 30 days
Completed Events: Participant data retained for 90 days for messaging access
Subscription Data: Retained for the duration of subscription plus 1 year for accounting purposes
Deleted Accounts: Personal information deleted within 30 days of account closure
