2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Eligibility
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if:
- Requested within 7 days of initial purchase
- No events have been created using the subscription
- No event codes have been generated
Renewal Charges
- Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable
- You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
Full Refund Period
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if:
- Requested within 14 days of purchase
- No events have been created
- No event codes have been generated
Pro-Rated Refunds
After the 14-day period, pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion based on:
- Number of events created vs. subscription allowance
- Time remaining in the annual period
- Reason for cancellation
4. Event Pack Refunds
One-Time Purchase Packs
Event packs (5-event or 10-event packages) are eligible for refunds if:
- Requested within 30 days of purchase
- No event codes have been used
- All purchased codes remain unused
Partial Use
If any event codes have been used:
- No refund is available
- Unused codes remain valid for 12 months from purchase
- Codes cannot be transferred or sold
5. Non-Refundable Items
Important: The following are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Used Event Codes: Once an event is created, that code is considered used
- Partially Used Subscriptions: After creating any event, subscription fees are non-refundable
- Subscription Renewal Charges: Automatic renewals are non-refundable (cancel before renewal date)
- Downgraded Plans: Difference in cost when downgrading is non-refundable
- Expired Event Codes: Codes that have passed their 12-month validity period
- Third-Party Services: Any costs associated with venues, marketing, or other external services
6. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings dashboard
- The subscription management portal (link sent in confirmation email)
- Contacting support@fastrounds.com
What Happens After Cancellation
- Monthly Plans: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Annual Plans: Access continues until the end of the annual period
- Event Codes: Unused codes remain valid for their full 12-month period
- No Future Charges: Your payment method will not be charged after cancellation
7. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process
- Contact Support: Email support@fastrounds.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Provide Information:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date and transaction ID (from confirmation email)
- Reason for refund request
- Confirmation that no events were created (if applicable)
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- Debit card refunds may take 7-14 business days
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
8. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service:
- Contact support immediately to document the issue
- We will work to resolve the problem within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion
Service Interruptions
- Short-term outages (< 4 hours) do not qualify for refunds
- Extended outages may qualify for partial refunds or service credits
- Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and does not qualify for refunds
Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service:
- No refund will be issued
- All unused event codes will be voided
- Future purchases may be refused
9. Disputed Charges
Please Contact Us First: Before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly. We can often resolve billing issues quickly and maintain your service access.
If you notice an incorrect charge:
- Contact support@fastrounds.com within 30 days of the charge
- Provide transaction details and explanation of the issue
- We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
- Incorrect charges will be refunded immediately upon verification
10. Subscription Management
Billing Dates
- Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month
- Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of purchase
- You will receive an email 7 days before renewal
Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately, prorated credit applied
- Downgrades: Take effect at next renewal date
- Switching Billing Periods: Contact support for assistance
11. Event Code Validity
- Subscription-Generated Codes: Must be used within the subscription period
- Pack-Purchased Codes: Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Trial Codes: Valid for 30 days from generation
- Expired Codes: Cannot be reactivated or refunded
12. Exceptions and Discretion
While we adhere to this policy, we reserve the right to:
- Make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances
- Offer service credits in lieu of refunds
- Extend refund windows for documented hardships
- Refuse refunds for abuse or fraudulent activity
